• Children’s fees are determined by their age as at 31.08.08
• Delegates under 18 must specify a group leader if they’re not booking with someone 18 or older
• The price of attendance includes speaker sessions, seminars  and scheduled activities (all subject to availability and change) but doesn’t include food, drink or accommodation
• To qualify for discounts, full fees must be received by the payment deadlines
• Reduced payment deadlines have to be strictly applied and New Wine Cymru can take no responsibility for postal delays
• Only one discount rare can apply
• Camping pitches need to be booked separately
• Requests to camp with a particular church or group must be received by 01.06.08
• Regretfully, we cannot guarantee to meet requests for different church groups to be camped together
• In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all attendees, we reserve the right to refuse admission
• Animals, apart from guide dogs, are not permitted at the event
• As you can appreciate, attendance at the event is at your own risk.  We have no liability, save as detailed on our standard terms and conditions.  We will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any failure, or delay, or for the consequences of any failure or delay to events beyond our reasonable control.
• We strongly advise that delegates take out holiday insurance
• New Wine Cymru is only responsible for the children and young people whilst they are involved with the activities provided (young people attending ignite are free to come and go as they please)
• There will be official photographers on site at our summer conferences.  Delegates may feature in these images, which will be used for our website, publicity material and magazine.
• All cancellations incur an administration fee of £15 per fee-paying delegate.  Cancellations must be received in writing three months before the start of the event, otherwise full fees will be forfeited
